In Accordance with R.S. 13:844; 9:5217; 9:5501-5503; 13:841(4b-5a); 13:754; 6:966.1; 44:40(A,,B,C,E); C.C.P. 1922

For Purposes of establishing the filing and recording fee, every document filed for recordation:
 

Shall be captioned as to type of act on the first page
 

Shall have on the first page a full margin of two (2) inches at the top and one (1) inch margin at bottom and sides

​

Shall Not have type size smaller than eight (8) point

​

Shall be on 8.5"x11" or 8.5"x14" - STANDARD SIZE

(any other size will be assessed $20 / page in addition to the set recording fees)
